Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Marlota Limited. We strive to deliver your stationery and packaging supplies as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the UK, with most standard deliveries arriving within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

For large or bulk orders requiring palletised transport, we provide a Next Day Delivery service as standard. Please ensure that your delivery location has suitable access and the necessary equipment, such as a forklift or clear unloading area, to safely receive pallet deliveries.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Marlota Limited cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
