Refund & Return Policy
At Marlota, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:
- Have been opened
- Have been used
- Are not in their original condition or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
